Middle Saxony Text is a dense, ornate blackletter from Dieter Steffmann, one of the most dedicated digitizers of historical German typefaces. The letterforms are heavily structured in the Textura tradition, with tight spacing and strong vertical strokes that recall medieval manuscript writing and early printed books. Best reserved for headlines, titles, and decorative uses where that weighty Gothic atmosphere needs to come through clearly.
