Salterio Trash is a blackletter display face from Intellecta Design that takes traditional textura letterforms and drags them through heavy distressing, leaving the gothic skeleton intact but coated in grit and decay. The rough, textured surface gives it a weathered, almost archaeological quality, like type pulled from a damaged medieval woodblock print. Best at large sizes for headlines, posters, or album artwork where you want the weight of blackletter history with a raw, grunge edge.
